Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Danphe Council legal entity] (“Danphe”, “we”) for use of the Danphe Council website, app and API (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Danphe sends your questions and documents to several third-party AI models, has them check each other, and returns an answer with labelled statements, sources and an audit record. Labels describe the outcome of automated checks. They are not a guarantee that a statement is true.

2. Your account

• Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your organisation's users.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents, questions and answers in your account (“Customer Content”). You give us a licence to process Customer Content only to provide and secure the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train models, and we do not allow our model providers to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Included credits reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
• Usage beyond included credits is charged at the rate shown on the pricing page when your plan allows it.
• Prices exclude taxes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes for existing subscriptions.

6. AI output

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when models agree. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions. The Service does not provide professional advice.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate service-level agreement says so. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce functionality you pay for.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms. After termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Liability
